Pricing questions
Do I need a card for the free trial?
No. The 7-day trial needs no card. We ask for a card only when you pick a plan.
When does the trial start?
The trial starts when you connect your data, not when you sign up. You can set up your club first.
Which plan does the trial use?
The trial runs on Smash, so you can try every feature. At the end, pick the plan that fits your courts.
What happens after 7 days?
Pick a plan to keep using DinkBrain. If you do not pick a plan, your dashboards stop. Your data in CourtReserve does not change.
How do I count my courts?
Count the courts that people book in your booking app. A club with 6 courts picks Smash. A club with 20 courts picks Slam.
How much do I save with yearly billing?
Yearly billing costs about 17% less than 12 monthly payments. That is about two months free.
Do my players pay anything?
No. Player profiles, RSVPs, scores and the player app are free for your players.
Does the AI connector cost extra?
No. Connecting ChatGPT, Claude, Claude Code or Codex is on every plan. Your own AI plan pays for the AI. DinkBrain adds no charge.
Can I cancel?
Yes. Cancel at any time from Billing in the app.
