How it works

Get your Playtomic API credentials

Check that your club is on the Champion or Master plan.
In Playtomic Manager, open Settings, then Developer tools. Create credentials.
Copy the Client ID and the Secret. Keep them safe.
Send the request at the bottom of this page. Do not put an API key in it.
When your connector is ready, add the Client ID and the Secret in DinkBrain setup.

Playtomic keeps only three months of booking history in its API. Connect soon after your connector is ready.

A chain club asks Playtomic support for credentials.

Where your key goesNever email a key and never put it in a public form. You add it in DinkBrain setup, after you sign in. DinkBrain stores it encrypted and never shows it again. You can delete the key in Playtomic at any time.
